What is Racist nowadays , are there guidelines?

Two interesting events Chez SOS this week ,firstly I discovered among the hundreds of rubbish channels there is one called B.E.T Black Entertainment Television. This features classics like the Wendy Williams Show, Bill Cosby and Different Strokes. Secondly while listening to tunes with my homies I came across a work called Free up by Busy Signal which goes as follows

Martin Luther black
Malcolm X, black
Marcus Garvey, black
Barrack Obama black
Bill Clinton black
Weh you think bout dat
A whole heap a great
Some a di greatest people
African history document dat
The thought occured to me ,if I started a W.E.T White entertainment television showing perhaps old classic comedies like Till death us do part and Mind your language, would that be labelled as racist?
Secondly if I were to write a tune
Bill Gates white
Bob Dylan white
Winston Churchill white
Albert Einstein white
Michael Jackson whitish
Would that also be labelled as racist? And if so why? As I missed the public outcry about B.E.T and Mr Signal's little song

To be fair, probably the whole point of WHO is arguing and there's not much else to talk about in off-season.
A lot of my comments are fairly lighthearted and if they happen to wind someone up, then that's just an unexpected bonus.

In the US, support any Right of center points and you are automatically deemed racist. To be white and middle aged is to be subconsciously racist (you are in fact but you just didn’t realize it). Unless you are the two white middle (old) aged front runners in the Democratic Party If course.
